Pay Details:

Blended Hourly Pay Rate (W2):$70.00

Weekly Pay Rate (W2):$2,520.00

Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate:$36.00

Minimum Hourly Stipend:$34.00

Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable):$1,296.00

Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable):$1,224.00

Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate:$2,520.00

OR

For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
Hourly Pay Rate (1099): $75.00
Weekly Pay Rate (1099): $2,700.00

Key Responsibilities:

· Monitor and assess patients with cardiac telemetry, responding to changes in condition

· Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocol

· Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans

· Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care

· Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, treatments, and post-discharge care

· Document all assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and timely

· Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

· Participate in quality improvement initiatives and unit-based projects

· Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff

· Support patient transitions to higher or lower levels of care as appropriate

Certification, Licensure and Experience Requirement:

· RN License – Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing

· BLS – AHA

· Must have experience and be strong in telemetry and neuro.

· MediTech experience required.

Nights,7p-7a, 36 hours, 3x12s, every other weekend, every other holiday. Must have experience and be strong in telemetry and neuro.

MA RN License & BLS required at time of submission 2024/2025

Flu Vaccine required prior to start

Pay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour
