Blended Hourly Pay Rate (W2): $37.00
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $1,480.00
Requirements:
- Healthcare Provider Level BLS required.
- Training in an approved Phlebotomy Training Program or one (1) year recent phlebotomy experience required.
- Previous hospital experience - REQUIRED
- Epic experience - REQUIRED
- Phlebotomist Certification - REQUIRED
- COVID-19 Vaccine - REQUIRED
