Work Type : Hybrid – In-Office (Mon, Tue, Thu) | Remote (Wed, Fri)
Location : Houston, TX 77079
Duration : 9-month contract (with possible extension)
Job Overview :
- The Business Analyst will play a key role in driving the successful delivery of specific workstreams within Next 75.
- This role will collaborate with various stakeholders to gather, document and analyze business needs and help identify areas for improvement and potential solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- The Business Analyst will also assist in driving weekly cadence of meetings, managing tracking of individual initiatives and preparing initiative communications.
Key Responsibilities :
Contribute to the development and successful implementation of initiatives.Work closely with stakeholders to understand needs, objectives, and challenges.Help identify areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement.Contribute to the development and coordination of innovative and practical solutions to address business challenges.Support business case development and initiative planning.Support regular cadence and key meetings, including developing and issuing meeting materials, workshop outcomes, and maintaining action trackers.Support organizational change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of solutions and realization of value.Draft communications for specific initiatives as needed, including regular project communications internal to working teams, as well as Sponsor updates and change stories.Champion Next 75 mindsets & behaviors and support broader capability building efforts.Qualifications :
Post-secondary education (degree or diploma) in a relevant field of study.At least 5 or more years of related experience.Experience with agile project management approach.Strong skills in MS office products, including PowerPoint and SharePoint.High proficiency in requirements gathering techniques, process modeling, continuous improvement techniques, and documentation.Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to constructively challenge ideas in a collaborative environment with demonstrated ability to think both strategically and tactically.Take ownership and work independently; effectively managing time, approaches to problems, and multiple work priorities.Strong interpersonal skills including strong stakeholder and relationship management capabilities, and the ability to influence and present sophisticated information in a compelling way.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with ability to present concepts and facts to all levels of management and non-technical audiences.Strong workshop / meeting facilitation skills.Raise PBC is committed to a policy of nondiscrimination and equal opportunity for all employees and qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religious creed, national origin, ancestry, age, disability, genetics, gender identity, veterans' status, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by law.
