About Us
Raise the Bar Therapy Services provides holistic, multidisciplinary pediatric care in our Hampstead clinic and throughout local daycare and preschool settings.
Our OT, PT, and Speech teams work collaboratively to support children with developmental, physical, sensory, feeding, and emotional regulation needs. We’re continuing to expand our pediatric programs and community partnerships and are looking for another OT to grow alongside us.
What You’ll Do
- Perform pediatric OT evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
- Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy tailored to each child’s goals
- Collaborate with and supervise COTAs as appropriate
- Communicate progress and recommendations with parents and caregivers
- Work closely with our OT, PT, and Speech teams to coordinate patient care
- Participate in pediatric screenings and community outreach opportunities
- Help maintain the positive, collaborative culture of our pediatric team
Qualifications
- Active North Carolina Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for NC licensure
- 1 year of pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for working with children and families
