- Paid Time Off (PTO): All new employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law. What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist customers looking to purchase pre-owned vehicles
- Build rapport and qualify customer needs
- Present, demonstrate, and sell quality used vehicles
- Purchase Used vehicles from clients and finalize paperwork when done
- Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date on inventory
- Follow up with leads and past customers
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
