Compensation: Full-time total annual compensation between $60,000.00 - $120,000.00; including monthly 6% commissions of individual gross profit on service, detail, and parts (excluding warranty) in accordance with the terms of pay plan; 3.75% commissions of individual gross profit on parts Warranty individual gross profit in accordance with the terms of pay plan; additional monthly 2% commission of individual gross profit on service and parts if the dealership’s monthly customer satisfaction scores exceed national average in accordance with terms of pay plan.

• Paid Time Off (PTO): All new employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law. Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn an additional 40 hours of PTO each anniversary year; following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn 80 hours of PTO each anniversary year, according to terms of PTO policies.

🌟 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Greet service customers with a professional and welcoming attitude
• Listen to vehicle concerns and document issues clearly
• Communicate with technicians to determine service needs and timelines
• Provide accurate cost and time estimates
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle history and Honda guidelines
• Keep customers informed throughout the service process
• Ensure smooth and timely vehicle pickup and payment
• Deliver top-tier customer satisfaction every single time
   

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Previous Service Advisor or automotive customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A customer-first attitude and a professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask in a busy service drive
• Familiarity with DMS software is a bonus
