AUTOMOTIVE SALES CONSULTANT
Rairdon’s Dodge Chrysler Jeep Hyundai of Bellingham – Bellingham, WA
Compensation: Full-time total annual compensation between $45,000.00 - $170,000.00; including 20% commission on Front Payable Gross plus additional 5% on Front Payable Gross if salesperson meets monthly SSI objective; up to $1250.00 bonus potential based on tiered qualifying monthly performance, subject to terms of pay plan.
- Guaranteed $3,750/month training pay for up to 6 months while you learn the business (for trainees)

- Greet and assist customers looking to purchase pre-owned vehicles
- Build rapport and qualify customer needs
- Present, demonstrate, and sell quality used vehicles
- Maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date on inventory
- Follow up with leads and past customers
- Guide buyers through the vehicle purchasing process with transparency and integrity
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
