Rainy Pass Repair, Inc. has been helping improve outdoor adventures for over 40 years. We specialize in the repair and restoration of technical outdoor gear, including waterproof outerwear, skiwear, camping equipment, packs, sleeping bags, and more.
We are seeking a qualified candidate to fill our Temporary/Seasonal Production Role, supporting our team during our busy season. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will assist with a variety of administrative and customer service functions, including managing incoming and outgoing inventory, processing customer orders, data entry, answering customer inquiries, product assessment and testing, and supporting day-to-day operations. You will play an important role in helping our team maintain efficient workflows and deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.

What to expect:
- Evaluating inbound/outbound garments and gear with a high level of detail
- Communicate with team to understand what is required to be repaired and determine how to ensure that specifications are met.
- Independently prioritize tasks and quickly pivot as needed
- Provide support as needed to turn projects around quickly
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer skills, an understanding of MacOS is helpful
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs
- Work well individually and within a team
- Ability to demonstrate problem solving skills
- A strong sense of time organization and urgency
- Previous experience in the Outdoor Industry is helpful
- Close attention to detail
