Position Summary: The Senior HR Generalist supports Rainy Lake Medical Center by managing a wide range of Human Resource functions, including employee relations, labor law compliance, union negotiations, compensation analysis, and effective use of HRIS throughout the employment lifecycle. This role uses data analytics to improve human capital management across the organization, supports employees and leaders in all Human Resource functions including conflict management, investigations, and implementing best employment practices and policies. It provides mentorship and support for other HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll and benefit implementation. This position requires strong HR experience, clear communication, and proficiency in HR analytics and systems.
