Job Summary: Plans, organizes, and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of Physical Therapy. Collaborates with an interdisciplinary treatment team.

Minimum Qualifications:
- MN Physical Therapist License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) within one yr of hire.t least One (1) year of experience in a
- health-related field technical knowledge in electronic medical records, preferably Epic
- Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of one (1) yr. of experience.
