Responsibilities

• Safely access gutters, skylights, and high-rise windows using ladders, scaffolding, scissor lifts, or rope access techniques.
• Clean gutters and downspouts thoroughly to remove debris such as leaves, twigs, and dirt.
• Perform residential and commercial window cleaning using traditional squeegee methods, pressure washers, or specialized equipment like rope access systems.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) consistently to ensure safety during all outdoor tasks.
• Maintain cleaning equipment including pressure washers, brushes, squeegees, and other tools in excellent condition.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols while working at heights or on elevated surfaces to prevent accidents.
• Assist with skylight cleaning and high-rise window washing for buildings of various heights using appropriate safety measures.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about work progress and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Follow janitorial or custodial procedures when performing interior window cleaning or general outdoor cleaning tasks.

Skills

• Proven experience with storefront window cleaning, residential window cleaning, or commercial cleaning environments.
• Skilled in ladder use and familiar with scaffolding or scissor lift operation for high-reach tasks.
• Knowledge of pressure washers for window cleaning and exterior surface maintenance.
• Experience with rope access window cleaning techniques for high-rise buildings.
• Ability to handle cleaning equipment safely and efficiently while following all safety protocols.
• Strong understanding of skylight cleaning methods and high-rise building maintenance procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients.
• Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions for extended periods.
• Janitorial or custodial experience is a plus, along with familiarity with traditional squeegee window cleaning methods.
