We are looking for a motivated laborer to join our residential siding crew. This role is for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in seeing a project come together, and isn’t afraid of working outdoors. Our projects are residential homes, and we value quality, efficiency, and teamwork.

In the role you will be:
· Full-time construction laborer for residential homes
· Working with a specialized crew in either siding, roofing, or decking
· Maintain, clean, and organize a professional job site, trailers, and equipment, etc
· Help deliver an excellent customer experience
· Communicate daily with Foreman to execute daily/weekly goals
Experience required:
· Minimum 2 years siding/construction experience (Willing to train a candidate with the right attitude and work ethic)
· Ability to work with a team
· Clean driving record
Need a tool belt with basic tools
