Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients throughout their visit.
- Assist with contact lens training and education.
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality at all times.
- Support front desk operations as needed, including scheduling appointments and answering phones.
- Help keep exam rooms and equipment clean and organized.
- Assist with optical duties such as lens measurements, frame selection support, and retail sales of eyewear products.
