Duties
- Manage and coordinate appointment schedules.
- Answer phone calls promptly with professional phone etiquette, directing calls accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and updating client or patient information in digital systems such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and specialized software like QuickBooks.
- Support administrative functions such as filing, organizing paperwork, and managing office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly revenue key metrics.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or as a receptionist in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
- Clerical experience including filing, calendar management, and customer support is essential.
