Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for a fast-paced environment who has excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate must display a strong work ethic, work well both independently and as part of a team, and provide exceptional customer service at every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a large volume of incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and timely manner.
- Make outgoing calls and emails to schedule service calls, follow up on projects, and communicate updates to clients.
- Conduct cold calls to potential customers to promote our services and schedule consultations.
- Assist customers with questions about irrigation systems, maintenance plans, repairs, and new installations.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the company database with attention to detail.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently by collaborating with field technicians and management.
- Provide product and service information to help clients make informed decisions.
- Support company initiatives, including promotions, customer communications, and service follow-ups.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree preferred.
- Bilingual desired but not required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle high call/email volumes while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and Google Suite.
