Office Management
- Order and maintain office and field supplies.
- Keep track of inventory for office equipment, supplies, and printed materials.
- Monitor and restock break room and general office needs.
- Maintain an organized and clean office space.
Mail & Banking
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and inter-office packages.
- Send checks for vendor payments or reimbursements.
- Assist with banking runs, deposits, or other related tasks when needed.
Administrative Support
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and direct communications appropriately.
- Assist all team members with filing and recordkeeping, both digital and physical.
Working Conditions:
- Office-based role.
- Standard hours Monday–Friday
- Some light lifting (e.g., office supplies or document boxes, up to 25 lbs).
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; business administration coursework is an asset.
- At least 2 years of administrative experience; oilfield services or rental industry preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with oilfield software (e.g., FieldCap, OpenInvoice, Peloton) is a plus.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
