Position Overview:
As a Room Attendant, you'll play a key role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. You'll be responsible for cleaning guest rooms to the highest standards and ensuring all amenities are well-stocked and in working order.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and service assigned guest rooms daily, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing bathrooms
Replenish linens, towels, and room amenities
Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management
Ensure all guest room standards are met or exceeded
Follow health and safety protocols and hotel policies at all times
Provide friendly and courteous service to guests if encountered during room servicing
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus but not required – we provide training!
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods
Availability to work weekends is required
