Overview
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing various installation tasks with precision and efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of construction techniques and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Installer will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards, meeting both client expectations and safety regulations.
Duties
- Perform tile laying and ensure proper alignment and leveling.
- Work with pavers to create outdoor surfaces such as walkways and patios.
- Prep surface areas for pavers.
- Frame out the area and level it for hard surface.
- Operate cutting equipment.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for various installation tasks.
- Execute concrete finishing techniques for durable surfaces.
- Filling the spaces between the pavers with more sand or gravel and tamping the surface for a secure finish.
- Must be able to work outdoors and lift heavy materials.

Experience : Candidates should possess a solid background in construction or related fields, with experience in the following areas being highly beneficial:
- Tile Laying
- Proficiency with hand tools
- Concrete finishing techniques
- Caulking applications
