Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Landscaping Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance and care. This role involves maintaining and enhancing the beauty of various landscapes, ensuring that gardens and green spaces are healthy, vibrant, and well-kept. The Landscape Technician will play a crucial role in creating and sustaining beautiful outdoor environments.
Duties
- Be able to manage a staff of 15 people
- Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing debris.
- Care for trees and shrubs through pruning and fertilization.
- Build and install landscape features such as flower beds, pathways, and decorative elements.
- Maintain garden areas by planting flowers, shrubs, and other vegetation as needed.
- Supervise and lead a team of groundskeeping staff to ensure high-quality work standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of landscapes to identify areas needing attention or improvement.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences.
Skills
- Proficient in tree care techniques and practices.
- Strong knowledge of garden maintenance including planting, watering, fertilization.
- Ability to maintain various landscapes through effective landscaping practices.
- Experience in building landscape features that enhance outdoor spaces.
- Leadership skills to supervise team members effectively.
- Strong groundskeeping abilities with an eye for detail in maintaining outdoor aesthetics.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Bilingual preferred

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
