Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms daily, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing bathrooms
- Replenish linens, towels, and room amenities
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management
- Ensure all guest room standards are met or exceeded
- Follow health and safety protocols and hotel policies at all times
- Provide friendly and courteous service to guests if encountered during room servicing
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus but not required – we provide training!
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods
- Availability to work weekends is required
