Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up the breakfast bar according to hotel and brand standards
- Cook and replenish breakfast items throughout service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, kitchen, and dining room
- Monitor food quality, freshness, and temperatures
- Restock supplies including coffee, juices, condiments, utensils, and paper products
- Wash dishes and complete end-of-shift cleaning duties
- Provide friendly and professional guest service
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Communicate inventory or maintenance needs to management
- Assist with minimizing food waste and maintaining accurate prep amounts
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required
- Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous food service or hotel experience preferred, but not required
- Food Safety Certification is a plus; however, candidates must be willing to obtain certification at company expense if hired
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and use stairs when necessary
- Ability to respond appropriately during emergency situations and assist guests as needed
