As a Bartender at Hilton Garden, you will create memorable guest experiences by crafting outstanding drinks, providing exceptional service, and maintaining a welcoming bar atmosphere. You will be responsible for preparing beverages, interacting with guests, and ensuring compliance with Hilton standards and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner and ensure a welcoming bar environment.
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to Hilton standards.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations and upsell beverages and food items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tools, and equipment.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately using POS systems.
• Monitor guest behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service in accordance with state laws and hotel policies.
• Work collaboratively with the restaurant and kitchen team to ensure efficient service.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of bar menu items, seasonal offerings, and promotions.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience in a hotel, restaurant, or upscale environment preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol (varies by state/country).
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
