Multi-unit property owner looking to hire a full-time independent contractor to manage single family residential or commercial property maintenance year-round. Salary based on experience and quality of work. New work truck provided. MUST be an extremely detail oriented and efficient individual with experience. 40 hours per week

Must have extensive experience with (including but not limited to):

Painting

Drywall

Minor electrical and plumbing

Interior and exterior work

Rough and finish carpentry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $600.00 per week
