Your Impact: What You’ll Do
You won't just be operating machines; you'll be mastering them. Your day-to-day includes:
- Precision Operation: Setting up and regulating machine flow, speed, and temperature to hit those perfect specifications.
- Quality Watchdog: Observing operations and inspecting materials to catch defects or malfunctions before they ever leave the floor.
- Problem-Solving: Clearing machine jams, resetting equipment, and performing preventative maintenance to keep downtime at a minimum.
- Mentorship: Using your expertise to train and motivate new line workers and temporary staff.

What You Bring to the Table
We’re looking for someone who is ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 years in a relatable field is preferred.
- Technical Savvy: Intermediate mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills for those minor equipment hiccups.
- Sharp Mind: Mathematical aptitude and an entry-level comfort with computer systems.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Education: A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
