Your Impact: What You’ll Do

You won't just be operating machines; you'll be mastering them. Your day-to-day includes:

• Precision Operation: Setting up and regulating machine flow, speed, and temperature to hit those perfect specifications.
• Quality Watchdog: Observing operations and inspecting materials to catch defects or malfunctions before they ever leave the floor.
• Problem-Solving: Clearing machine jams, resetting equipment, and performing preventative maintenance to keep downtime at a minimum.
• Mentorship: Using your expertise to train and motivate new line workers and temporary staff.
• Continuous Improvement: Recommending process improvements because we value your brain as much as your hands.

What You Bring to the Table

We’re looking for someone who is ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

• Experience: A minimum of 1 years in a relatable field is preferred.
• Technical Savvy: Intermediate mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills for those minor equipment hiccups.
• Sharp Mind: Mathematical aptitude and an entry-level comfort with computer systems.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal skills with a professional demeanor.
• Education: A high school diploma or GED is preferred.

The Physical Reality

This is an active, high-energy role! You’ll be on the move and in the thick of the action.

• Stay Active: You can expect to stand for an average of 11 hours per day and walk for about 5-6 hours per shift.
• Hands-On: The job requires frequent bending, stooping, and repetitive grasping.
• The Heavy Lifting: You'll frequently lift and carry items ranging from 10 to 55 lbs.
