Green Chain Offbearer (Swing Shift)

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 4:00pm to 2:30am

Compensation:

• Starting pay: $25.61
• Upon successful completion of training, pay increases to $27.67
• $2.00 shift differential for hours worked on swing shift

Job Overview:

We’re seeking self-motivated, safety-minded individuals who are ready to work hard, learn quickly, and actively contribute to a hands-on team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Grade, sort, and pull wood veneer from a moving conveyor belt.
• Palletize and stack veneer sheets according to specifications.
• Perform cleanup duties.
• Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Follow company procedures and safety protocols at all times.
• Support team efforts to maintain equipment efficiency and productivity.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
• Able to work 10-hour shifts, 4–5 days per week (overtime required).
• Excellent attendance and punctuality is required.
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
• Prior production or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
