Role Description
The Small Business Coach & Technical Assistance Specialist (West Seattle) will engage in activities designed to support small businesses in achieving their goals. Responsibilities include providing one-on-one business coaching, assisting business owners with planning and strategy, conducting training sessions on essential business practices, and offering tailored consulting services to support future endeavors. The role focuses on empowering small businesses within the West Seattle community to grow and succeed. This is a part-time, on-site role based in Seattle, WA.

Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent lived/professional experience.
- Experience with a CDFI, CDC, or similar mission-driven organization.
- Certifications or proficiency in:
- Bookkeeping or Accounting (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Financial Coaching or Financial Education
- Property Management
- Small Business Advising or Technical Assistance
- Experience providing one-on-one technical assistance.
- Familiarity with West Seattle or similar community-based business districts.
- Multilingual skills.
