Rainier is looking for a Patient Care Assistant (PCA) to join our team! This full-time position has a set schedule of 7AM to 7PM, 3x a week. Full-time employees are eligible for PTO, Paid Holidays, 401K, Insurance Benefits & more!

Position Details
- Support the therapeutic milieu under the direction of the RN.
- Supervise and maintain patient safety
- Ensure that the schedule/program is delivered consistently.
- Safeguard the dignity and respect of our patients and guests.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary/Hourly: $ 19.70-26.18

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High School diploma
- Driver’s License with a favorable Motor Vehicle Report
- Proof of Insurance
- CPR and CPI Certification within 30 day of employment
Experience:
- Experience working an inpatient psychiatric or healthcare facility preferred.
- Previous direct patient care experience with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric and geriatric patients preferred.
Salary : $20 - $26
