What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outside Sales Representative position at Rainier Recruiting?
Rainier Recruiting has partnered with a staffing and recruiting firm looking for skilled sales reps to join their team due to growth. The ideal candidate will prospect and generate new commercial business as well as perform cold-calls in the field to generate new permanent sales. This candidate should be able to support existing clients and have an ability to conduct product demonstrations.
Compensation: $60k to $72k base salary (negotiable), plus commissions, with an OTE of $110k
Location: Wilmington, MA. This is an onsite role, with travel through the territory, the territory includes Wilmington and extends northward towards areas including Peabody, Beverly and Cambridge. Training in Londonderry, NH may be required.
Responsibilities
- Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business
- Service existing clients
- Effectively demonstrate product line
- Meet established goals for territory development and sales quotas
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field preferred, Associate's can work too
- 3 years of direct B2B sales experience, particularly in high-volume environments
- Experience working in the staffing and recruiting industry strongly preferred
- Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
- Must have a strong "hunter" mentality, with the resilience to handle rejection and persist through challenges
