Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual salary: $110,000–$130,000 plus up to 30% percent bonus (negotiable).

Location: Bellevue, WA. This position is onsite Monday-Thursday with an option to work-from-home on Fridays.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a comprehensive CRM strategy to grow new customer acquisition, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value.
- Create and execute an annual communications calendar that aligns with major cross-functional initiatives such as product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Design targeted, dynamic content for email and SMS campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, creative content, and messaging for improved open and conversion rates; share insights with stakeholders.
- Manage ongoing maintenance of automated communications programs to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Analyze customer behavior to provide actionable insights that strengthen recruitment and retention strategies.
- Oversee quality control of all digital communications, including accuracy of links, content, and audience targeting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to create an engaging and consistent brand experience across owned websites, guiding visitors from prospects to loyal customers and advocates.

Qualifications

- Proven success in driving site conversion and repeat purchases through email and SMS campaigns.
- Proficiency with marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Attentive, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of privacy and compliance requirements (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, HIPAA).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present strategies, processes, and performance metrics clearly.
