Job Description

1. Manage All Aspects of Conducting Clinical Trial

• Properly consent the participants
• Certify that all study related procedures are done according to protocol
• Ensure that Case Report Forms (CRFs) and other documentation are done according to protocol
• Confirm that Investigational product is dispensed and returned properly
• Verify participant compliance to protocol
• Work with Clinical Research Associate (CRA) /Monitor to resolve queries and corrections
• Function as a liaison between participant, RCRC, Investigator, and sponsor
• Follow Good Clinical Practices Guidelines
• Work closely with Investigators to ensure participant safety and compliance
• Understand and comply with FDA regulations and apply those effectively
• Demonstrate responsibility for their studies
• May perform other tasks as required per protocol or as directed by management

2. Study Completion

• Ensure that all data is submitted to the sponsor
• Work with CRA/Monitor to resolve outstanding issues

3. RDN Duties

• Provide medical nutrition therapy (MNT) to study participants, including collaborative development of individualized eating and exercise plans, in accordance with sponsor and protocol requirements. These studies typically focus on participants with T1DM, T2DM, or obesity but may include other conditions related to weight management.
• Assist in menu planning for research studies that require specific macro- or micro-nutrient compositions for food offered to participants while on-site.

4. Additional responsibilities

• Demonstrates mastery with medical terminology & research
• Other duties as assigned
• Demonstrates mastery with Microsoft Suite & associated technology
• Work within a team to optimize coordination and quality measures
• Develops high level understanding of regulatory requirements
• Serves as resource and support for other RDNs
• Actively engages with and promotes company management system 4DX. Regularly attends

All Staff Meetings & WIG meetings.

• Occasional travel to attend sponsor study training meetings as required
• Actively promotes company’s mission, vision, and values and serves as a role model for the employees

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
