Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their shopping experience
- Assist customers with product inquiries, offering detailed product demos and recommendations
- Upsell products by highlighting features and benefits to meet customer needs and increase sales
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely
- Conduct basic math calculations for transactions, discounts, and pricing adjustments
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred.
- Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership skills and team collaboration capabilities
- Strong communication skills with an energetic approach to engaging customers
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cashiering and sales transactions
