Position Responsibilities:

· Supervision: Merchandising Representatives shall directly report to the Districts Sales Manager.

· Store Visits: The Rep will be required to visit (in person) each assigned account at least twice per week unless otherwise directed by Supervisor.

· Rotation: During each visit, the Rep will check each set containing Company products and ensure that expiration dates are in order from oldest to newest. The Rep will remove any expired products and empty them in the appropriate location.

· Merchandising: During each visit, the Rep is responsible for packing out all Company products on the sales shelves. The Rep will begin by checking the store’s various backstock locations and stocking any items found there. They will then stock any products from the most recent deliveries, checking each item for any damage or short expiration dates.

· Purchasing: At the end of each visit, the Rep will work with store buyers to confirm orders for missing products based on current store inventory and knowledge of product movement.

· Photos: The Rep will provide a photo of each set containing Company products before and after merchandising. These photos will be submitted via our internal communication platform – Slack.

· Recaps: The Supervisor may request a periodic recap (or summary) email of daily initiatives. Reps are obligated to respond to requests in a timely manner.

· Mandatory Training: Complete required trainings that are relative to Rainforest policies and your respective position.

· Among other responsibilities

Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

· Effective communication and collaboration within and between teams.

· Proficient in communication tools and procedures.

· Comfortable with driving for extended periods.

· Ability to lift crates and boxes 25-50 lbs.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

· Previous or current retail sales experience and merchandising experience

· Familiarity with natural and organic food chains preferred.

· Clean driving record and valid driver's license required.

· Work Setting: In-person

Ability to Commute/Relocate: Reliably commute or plan to relocate. Company car will be provided.
