We’re looking for experienced CDL-B Drivers to join our Cartersville team. If you’re reliable, safety-focused, and ready to drive for a company that values its people, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do
- Drive local delivery routes out of Cartersville, GA
- Load and unload box trucks using a pallet jack
- Plan routes and meet delivery schedules
- Complete daily pre/post-trip inspections
- Maintain a clean truck and accurate documentation
- Provide excellent service to our retail and warehouse customers
- Overnight Routes 2 days at a time, included benefits: $50 per diem for meals each day, paid hotel and additional daily bonus.
What You’ll Need
- Valid CDL-B license
- 3 years of professional driving experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations)
- Ability to lift and move product safely
- Professional attitude and commitment to safety
Skills:
- Must be experienced and capable in operating a commercial motor vehicle.
- Must be familiar with FMCSA regulations, including hours-of-service rules, vehicle inspection procedures, and cargo securement requirements.
- As required by 49 CFR 391.11(b)(2), must be able to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records.
- Must be able to lift and handle 50 lbs; able to bend, stretch, twist, push, and pull.
- Must demonstrate a positive attitude and strong communication skills when interacting with customers and coworkers.
- Must be able to use the company Electronic Logging Device (ELD) and routing apps and communicate with supervisors and customers as needed.
