Position Overview
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll work directly with customers to provide outstanding service before and after their purchase. No previous experience is required—we provide the training.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with questions about our products and services
- Answer inbound customer calls
- Help customers understand product features and operation
- Assist with equipment setup and assembly
- Answer warranty and service-related questions
- Deliver a friendly, professional customer experience
Compensation
- Full-time training guarantee of up to $750 per week during the initial training period, per company agreement.
- Performance-based advancement opportunities available after training.

- Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
