Responsibilities
- Keep a positive environment
- Provide quality care and education to children in a classroom setting
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans
- Foster a positive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Manage classroom activities and ensure the safety of all children
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual needs
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to encourage positive behavior
Requirements
- Previous experience in infant care, toddler care, or childcare
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Certification or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred
- Demonstrated experience working with children and implementing classroom management strategies
