What are the responsibilities and job description for the SIGN INSTALLER position at Rainbow Sign & Banner?
We are a fast growing sign company seeking a motivated individual to join our expanding team.
IDEAL CANDIDATE DESCRIPTION
- Enjoys working outside, regardless of the weather.
- Can lift 50-75 lbs. on a regular basis.
- Willing to work out of town and overnight when necessary.
- Has a mechanical mind and understands the use of most power tools.
- Willing and able to work at heights of 85’.
- Willing to work in confined spaces.
- Has a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Has a Class "A" CDL License
- Has any experience with Stick welding and a cutting torch (Any other welding knowledge)
- Willing to obtain a minimum of 3g plate welding cert (SMAW) with Rainbows pathway and support.
- Has a basic understanding of 120-volt and 12-24v systems.
- Has any experience using a backhoe, crane, or other heavy equipment.
- Willing to obtain Crane certification with Rainbows pathway and support.
- Has a high level of personal integrity.
- Is capable and comfortable pulling large trailers and securing the load safely.
- Is a good problem solver.
- Is eager and willing to learn the entire position and become a “professional”.
- Is a self-starter that does not need to be micro-managed.
- Has attention to detail, cares about the product and the people.
- Values relationship building and earns the respect of co-workers.
- Is energized to get things done fast and right. “Caffeinated”
- Wears a smile and has a “help first” attitude.

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week
