What You'll Do:
- Respond to emergency calls for water extraction, drying, fire cleanup, and structural repairs.
- Perform demolition, cleaning, and rebuilding tasks on residential and commercial properties.
- Document job progress with photos and reports for insurance claims.
- Ensure safety compliance and deliver exceptional customer service during stressful situations.
- Work on-call rotations for after-hours and weekends as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in restoration, construction, cleaning, or a related field is a plus.
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
- IICRC certification preferred but not required – we'll help you get certified!
- Ability to pass a background check.
