About The Role

Join Rainbow International of Cincinnati as a Restoration Supervisor, where you will lead a dynamic team dedicated to restoring homes and businesses after disasters. This role is perfect for someone passionate about making a difference in people's lives while ensuring high-quality restoration services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of restoration projects, leading a team of 3-6 employees daily, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site assessments and develop detailed restoration plans.
• Lead and mentor a team of restoration technicians, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all restoration activities.
• Manage project budgets and maintain accurate records of materials and labor costs.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and maintaining strong relationships.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance service delivery.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in restoration, construction, or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of restoration techniques, equipment, and safety protocols preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
