No experience required. We will train the right person.
What You'll Do
This role starts with hands-on support work and training while you learn the restoration trade.
You will:
- Assist with cleanup, debris removal, and light demolition after property damage
- Perform deep cleaning and sanitation of homes and businesses
- Assist with water mitigation and drying equipment setup
- Help clean and pack customer belongings (contents handling)
- Organize tools, equipment, and work vehicles
- Support lead technicians during restoration projects
- Take basic job photos and notes for documentation
- Maintain safe, clean, and professional job sites
You will gain real-world experience in water damage restoration, fire cleanup, mold remediation, and structural drying.

Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Construction, labor, cleaning, or warehouse experience is helpful but not required.
