This is a full-time, on-site role based in Greenville, SC, for a Restoration Project Manager. Daily responsibilities include overseeing restoration projects from start to finish, coordinating logistics, managing timelines, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to quality standards. You will communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and team members, conduct site inspections, and drive timely execution of all project tasks to restore residential or commercial properties effectively and with excellent customer service.

• Strong Project Management and Expediting skills, with the ability to oversee timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Proficiency in Logistics Management and ability to coordinate materials, resources, and personnel effectively.
• Experience in Inspection protocols to ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to manage client relationships, team collaboration, and reporting documentation.
• Ability to work on-site and adapt quickly to dynamic project needs, along with problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in restoration, construction, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and insurance processes is an asset.
