Position: Lead Restoration Technician / Water Damage Lead
Location: Denver (Serving Greater Denver Area)

What You’ll Do
- Lead and respond to emergency service calls (water, fire, mold)
- Perform and oversee water extraction, structural drying, demolition, and cleanup
- Set up and monitor drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers)
- Train and guide junior technicians on job sites
- Document moisture readings, job progress, and ensure quality standards
- Communicate directly with customers, setting expectations and maintaining high satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years in restoration, construction, or related field
- Leadership or crew lead experience preferred
- IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT) strongly preferred
- Physically capable (lifting 50 lbs, working in varied environments)
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Reliable, accountable, and confident leading jobs independently
