What are the responsibilities and job description for the Showing Agent position at Rainbow Property Management Inc.?
Our property management company is seeking an energetic, outgoing, service-oriented individual to work in our fast-paced business as part of our property management team's field agent division showing and inspecting properties.
The position will include showing properties to prospective renters and being able to discuss the features and options of the rental units. On the job training, as well as classroom and internet-based training options will help you advance your knowledge quickly.
A current Montana driver's license and clean driving record are required. A company vehicle is provided for showing agents to use at work.
Applicants must be physically able to walk up and down multiple flights of stairs, pick up or move objects up to 30 lbs., and shovel some snow from walkways when showing properties if it is needed during the winter months.
The ideal applicant must have a positive attitude, be organized, outgoing, and know how to handle a wide variety of customer service-related situations. Aptitude with typing, Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel), website navigation, data entry, filing, multi-line phone systems, and email correspondence are required parts of the job too. We will provide training on the management software we use here if you are not familiar with it already.
The normal working hours are between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.

Wages are negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.

Prior property management experience or a current license as a property manager is a plus, but definitely not required. The employer is willing to provide training as needed and pay for property management classes and testing.
