Office Staff/Property Manager

Rainbow Property Management is looking to add a dedicated Property Manager to our team. Whether you are already a licensed property management professional or someone with a strong drive to learn the industry from the ground up, we want to hear from you. In this role, you will be the vital link between our property owners and our tenants, ensuring clear communication, prompt problem-solving, and smooth daily operations across our diverse portfolio.

Requirements

• Build and maintain strong, positive, and professional relationships with both property owners and tenants.
• Facilitate lease agreements, move-ins, move-outs, and tenant onboarding.
• Coordinate with our maintenance technicians to ensure property issues are resolved efficiently.
• Handle day-to-day property management tasks with a proactive, organized approach.

What We Are looking for:

• Experience Level: An active Property Management License OR a fierce, genuine desire to learn the ropes of property management and real estate operations.
• Exceptional People Skills: Highly desirable. You must be comfortable navigating conversations with a wide variety of people, resolving conflicts with empathy, and delivering excellent customer service.
• A "Can-Do" Attitude: This is a huge plus. We need a resilient team player who is ready to tackle challenges head-on and adapt to a fast-paced property management environment.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Wages start at 22-26 per hour DOE
