Compensation:$145,000 at plan
Responsibilities:
- Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments
- Support customers by attending closing processes when necessary
- Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service
- Stage and market homes to attract potential buyers quickly
- Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing
- Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
- Make a listing presentation for the seller to explain the home’s key selling points and asking price
- Schedule all home inspections, open houses, and showings
- Generate listing opportunities through prospecting and relationship building
- Conduct listing consultations and present pricing recommendations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with homeowners
- Negotiate offers and guide sellers through the transaction process
- Maintain consistent follow up and accurate records within the CRM
Qualifications:
- Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
- Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself
- Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
- Superb communication
- Real estate license required in order to work with clients and earn commissions
- Comfortable with prospecting and building seller relationships
- Self motivated with excellent organization and follow up skills
- Coachable with a commitment to building a long term listing focused business
