Job Description
We are looking for a full-time graphic designer who is hard-working, highly motivated, reliable and detail oriented. You will be responsible for creating production mockups and communicating order statuses to sales pros, as well as making sure art files and orders are accurate and ready for production.

Required Skills
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator
- Detail oriented - paying special attention to spelling, colors, dimensions, and customer requests.
- Graphics knowledge
- Excellent communication skills - you have no problem asking questions, problem solving and communicating via email and over the phone.
Education Requirements
- Associates or Bachelor’s in Graphic Design or related field (required)
Responsibilities
· Create proofs / logos that are used for production and customer approval
- Making sure artwork is ready for production / saved in the correct file format
- Answering emails and phone calls from sales pros / production team regarding order statuses, mockup and/or logo questions, production decorating issues.
- You will be communicating between multiple departments within production and sales pros - this will require some running around to make sure all departments are informed of any changes to an order/artwork.
- Use graphics knowledge when rendering art files – always paying attention to spelling, colors, size, etc. to make sure it meets our standards and production needs.
*Reliable transportation is required*

- 8-hour shift. Monday – Friday…8:00am – 4:45pm
- Overtime available when applicable
- Working occasional Saturdays may be required during peak seasons
