- Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner
- Data Entry for all new and ongoing jobs; maintains/audits all related documents
- Scheduling of services; interacting with customers
- Assist Project Managers securing jobs and thru all stages of job implementation thru to completion
- Assist Accounts Receivable as needed
- Processes credit card payments
- Maintains profile screening qualification site requirements including background checks
- Assists with HR duties
- Secure needed documents for jobs and upload into job processing system
- Friendly, helpful personality and attitude with customer service focus
- Computer literate with proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office
- A willingness to learn other software programs key to our business.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
- Team player who can work both independently and cooperatively
