role is responsible for coordinating the scholarship’s application and selection processes,
resident communication, awareness and promotion efforts, budget tracking, monitoring of
essential data points, and supporting the long-term impact of the scholarships on Rainbow’s
communities.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day operations of scholarship programs.
- Manage scholarship application timelines, submissions, and review processes.
- Maintain accurate records of applicants, recipients, funding allocations, and outcomes.
- Assist in developing scholarship policies, eligibility criteria, and program procedures.
- Track deadlines for applications, renewals, verification documents, and reporting
- Support scholarship selection committees and scheduling of review meetings.
- Host scholarship application trainings for Residents to best prepared for the application
- Support “denied” resident scholarship applicants in re-applying and improving their
- Increase the quantity of completed Rainbow Scholarship applications each scholarship
- Source and identify external scholarship opportunities and programs for Rainbow
- Work closely with the scholarship management platform and the account
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Services, Human Services,
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in program coordination, education support,
engagement preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work compassionately and professionally with diverse populations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management systems.
- Experience with reporting platforms such as Apricot, CRM systems, or data tracking tools
