Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and secure new referral sources within assigned territories.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals, emphasizing the value and benefits of hospice care services.
- Manage existing accounts with a focus on retention, upselling additional services, and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking events, community outreach, and marketing initiatives to expand the referral network.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate marketing efforts, develop territory-specific strategies, and optimize sales processes.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements professionally while maintaining a customer-first approach that prioritizes patient needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or healthcare-related technical sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated success in territory management, lead generation, and account management within a healthcare or service-oriented industry.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with exceptional customer service abilities to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analysis skills to interpret market data, identify opportunities, and develop tailored sales strategies.
- Ability to conduct compelling product demos and presentations that clearly communicate value propositions.
