We are seeking a Dental Treatment Coordinator to become a part of our team!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee Dental service activities and personnel
- Plan and coordinate appointments
- Work collaboratively with Dentists and Office Staff
- Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety
- Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures
- Friendly and Out going
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Scheduling
- Experience in Dentrix Software
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Some travel required for training with expenses included
Full Time M-F
Pay is negotiable and bonuses a plus, employer match 401k, pay per diem for travels
Newly opened dental office in a growing Ho'opili Community. This is our second location. Our first location is located in Kapolei since 2001
Salary : $18 - $25
