Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children and preparing them for their educational journey. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children during their crucial early years.
Responsibilities:
- Driving the company vehicle to pick up students from public school and bring them back to our center. (MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD TO DRIVE COMPANY VEHICHLE)
- Create a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes learning through play
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in children
- Provide individualized attention and support to students with special needs or learning challenges
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students at all times
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and student performance
Requirements:
- Excellent classroom management skills
- Ability to implement engaging lesson plans that meet the diverse needs of students
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of special education practices and early intervention techniques is a plus
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Pass background check and fingerprinting requirements
